We Want a Mutually Agreeable Environment
Building a community like Females and Finance®, we want every member, partner, sponsor, and volunteer to have a mutually agreeable environment.
By becoming a Member of Females and Finance® and pressing the "SUBMIT" button on your registration, you are agreeing to the following code of conduct:
Privacy
In the time you are a Member of Females and Finance®, you may be dealing with confidential information and you agree to keep such information in the strictest confidence.
We take privacy VERY SERIOUS.
Relationship
The relationship between Females and Finance® and Member may be discontinued at any time by either the Member or Females and Finance®.
Membership Position
You understand and acknowledge that you are strictly a Member, not an employee of Females and Finance®; that if you volunteer your services, they are being given freely and without pressure or coercion to or from Females and Finance®; and, that there has been no promise of nor do you have an expectation of receiving compensation.
Photo Rules
You will not record or take any pictures of Females and Finance® Staff, Volunteers, Partners, Sponsors, and/or Members without their express permission.
Doing so without permission will result in an immediate ban and any monies already paid or prepaid to Females and Finance® are forfeited.
Again, we take privacy VERY SERIOUS.
No Issues With The Law
You hereby attest that you have never been found guilty of, or entered a plea of guilty or of nolo contendere (i.e., no contest) to a crime determined to be a misdemeanor or felony.
You further attest that you have never been judicially determined to have committed abuse or neglect against a person, child, or animal.
Under penalty of perjury, you hereby declare that the attestations above are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
We take safety and reputations VERY SERIOUS.
Communities
You understand and acknowledge that as a Member of Females and Finance®, you do so with no intent of starting your own community in likeness or structure similar to the Females and Finance® community, meetings, and/or roundtables.
You explicitly agree not to solicit other Members nor Partners or Sponsors of the Females and Finance® community for services similar to Females and Finance®.
Furthermore, you will proactively notify Females and Finance® of any potential conflict of interest, whether it be with other industry associations or a change to your business model.
