It Takes a Village
At Females and Finance™, we are passionate about creating a support network that promotes and values diversity. Organizations that are diverse in age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity, and perspective are proven time and again to be the best. More importantly, creating an environment where everyone, from any background, can do their best hiring, mentoring, training, and advancing is the right thing to do.

Diversity is more than just a word for us.
It powers the hard-and-fast principles guiding how we build our membership, cultivate professionals, and creates an organization that’s the right fit for every person inside of it.
Equity
Equity is giving everyone what they need to be successful. Equality is treating everyone the same. The purpose of striving for equality is to create a level playing field. But, it only works if everyone starts at the same place.
