Learn more ways we can work together and not only support Neurodivergent Financial Service Professionals, but also become successful allies in the Financial Services and Financial Technology community, too!
Why COMPASS™?
Organizations that make an extra effort to recruit, retain, and nurture neurodivergent workers can gain a competitive edge from increased diversity in skills, ways of thinking, and approaches to problem-solving. - Deloitte
Each neurodivergent person is unique, and it wouldn't be accurate to generalize their cognitive process.
Females and Finance Compass™ Program Members can continue their professional development to enhance your skill set and knowledge as well as our allies, too. We offer FREE online courses, communication programs, and volunteer opportunities.
Our goals at Females and Finance is to put our Compass™ Program members in spaces and places where they are more visible and called upon for their subject matter expertise.
Every voice is unique and as a Compass™ Program member, we want your feedback, event participation, and will provide ways for you to share with the finance community at-large.
Katie believes when it comes to financial services, everyone deserves to work with someone they trust.
It is her mission to build relationships with her clients, knowing she has their best interests at heart.
Inspired by her father, Brent Kimball, CFP®, Katie entered this business knowing she could positively impact the lives in her community.
She has the ability to help protect her clients so that if/when an obstacle does arise, their lifestyle does not change.
Katie's aspirations to help others extends into her personal life, as she frequently work with nonprofits, including the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation, and The Alex’s Team Foundation, which she is on the Board of Directors.
Her other interests include spending time with friends and family, usually while enjoying the great outdoors.
